X Park Airport GmbH operates an online marketplace that connects travellers with independent parking providers in Germany. We are not the operator of the parking facility itself.

The contract for the parking service is concluded directly between you (the customer) and the selected parking provider. X Park Airport facilitates booking, payment and customer support.

By completing the checkout, you submit a binding booking request. The booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing your booking ID. The information you provide must be accurate and complete.

Prices shown include VAT and are per day, calculated as days × price/day for the period selected. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

A platform commission is included in the displayed price. The split between provider earnings and platform commission is invisible to the customer at checkout.

You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in for a full refund.

• Cancellations are submitted from your booking management page.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

You agree to:

• Arrive within the stated check-in window.
• Provide an accurate license plate so the provider can identify your vehicle.
• Follow the safety and operational rules of the parking facility.
• Carry valid documents required by the provider on arrival.

X Park Airport is liable for the proper operation of the marketplace. Liability for the parking service itself — including damage, theft, or loss of access — rests with the parking provider per their terms. Statutory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, public health restrictions, or government action affecting airport operations.

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes with merchants is Frankfurt am Main.

We may amend these terms when product or legal changes require it. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
